Hebe Powell

Hebe Powell spent part of her childhood in Argentina and has been a translator for seven years. She has co-translated several novels with Nick Caistor, including two science fiction works by Cuban writer Augustín de Rojas. Her work has also appeared in anthologies of translated writing. Hebe combines translation with academic research in the field of Spanish pragmatics, specializing in language use in online contexts.
