Indranil Chakravarty

Indranil Chakravarty (b. 1965) is an Indian film academic and screenwriter who studied at EICTV, the International Film School in Havana, from 1988 to 1992. His previous publications include The New Latin American Cinema: Readings from Within (1996) and Redescubriendo a Tagore (2011), among others. He holds a PhD from Victoria University of Wellington and is currently working on a biography of Octavio Paz’s years in India. He is a professor of cinema in India.
